To many the term ‘affordable streetwear’ might sound absurd. Born out of US subcultures in the early 80s, streetwear was partly defined by been affordable to guys on the streets. Surfers, skaters, hustling musicians and the likes couldn’t afford your expensive designer brands. In fact streetwear brands would often take shots at brands like your Louis Vuitton’s and Gucci’s (and still do to this day).
The ‘high-fashion-streetwear’ we know today, simply wasn’t a thing.
No $400 Rick Owens pieces, $1000 oversized sweatshirts or the exorbitant price tag attached to anything with ‘Yeezy’ printed on it. In fact on the contrary, hip-hop influencers like Tupac and LL Cool J would be rocking cheaper brands like your; Kani, Cross Colours and Fubu – all very reasonably priced labels by todays standards.

The pin pocket/back logo is a pin-up style girl wrapped around a dagger to form a Dali’esque skull graphic. PLUS TWO is printed down the right sleeve in a traditional tattoo style font and a +2 is printed on the left sleeve.
