Damn, that Ned Stark was right – winter was coming! Tired memes aside, it’s definitely time to decide whether you’re going to spend this Australian winter:
a) curling up in a ball under your doona watching Netflix

b) layering up and going about business as usual
If you’ve chosen option B than you’re in luck as we have taken the hard work out of deciding on your 2016 staple jumper in providing you with a bunch of options. We’d be lying if we said we weren’t wrapped that this season is all about oversized and longline fits as it’s what we’re all about at Plus 2 Clothing. Unfortunately though it’s also a season that’s oversaturated with Yeezy wannabes and posers, not to mention the expensive price-tags associated with that kind of “high end streetwear”…
Since we’re specialists in tall clothing it’s no surprise that our 2016 winter range boasts 100% oversized and tall jumpers. Without further ado let’s begin show and tell with our new range…
Tall Jumpers
There’s two things that make for a great hooded sweatshirt; firstly that aesthetically it looks great and secondly (and probably more importantly since if you’re anything like us you’ll probably spend most of winter in the same hoodie) that it is comfortable. Ain’t nobody got time for ill-fitting or uncomfortable jumpers, which is exactly why we’ve spent so many hours designing every last detail of our tall jumper range even down to making sure that it doesn’t have an itchy neck tag.

Tall Sweaters

For those of you that are more after a traditional jumper shape rather than a hooded sweater, we haven’t forgotten about you! New to our 2016 collection is our range of tall-fit jumpers that are cut from fine quality combed fleeced cotton. Like all of our clothing the longline cut will have the taller guys amongst you rejoicing that your midriff isn’t left exposed this winter. For those of you that are of average height and are just after a long steezy tall sweater that’s not covered in slogans than these will also be perfect for you.
Slightly lighter weight than our more heavyweight hoodies, our sweaters will still definitely keep you warm on those balmy nights. 100% cotton keeps them breathable and best of all they’re very affordable.
Mens Longline Jumpers?
Whilst our range of tall and oversized jumpers were designed with taller guys in mind that definitely doesn’t mean that they’re just for blokes! In fact it’s almost always the case that you’re girlfriend is going to pinch your hoodie and end up looking better in it than you, so why not just grab her one whilst you’re at it 😉
Since our tall jumper range is tailored with more of a slimline cut it means that they’ll not be excessively baggy and work perfectly for women that are looking for more of a oversized hoodie dress or those that are just too lazy to put on pants for the day…
Oversized Jumper Australia?
If you’re still unsure about what the term oversized means we went back in to a bit more detail in this post last year. Since our clothing is longer length we do get questions every now and again whether it fits true to size or whether people need to shop a couple of sizes up or down to get the right fit. Luckily we have very detailed size charts on our product page and can tell you that our fit is definitely true to size.
So how are they oversized jumpers you ask? Whilst they don’t feature that excessively baggy look they do feature that elongated cut that depending on your height will definitely help you to achieve that steezy longer silhouette.
Lastly as with all our clothing they’re all designed in Australia so you can be certain that our fits are made with Aussies in mind as opposed to overseas fits that may taper differently or have ill-fitting sleeves or necklines.
