The artwork’s signed off. The screens are burned. Your client is 6’5″ and his whole crew wants the shirt. Then you go to reorder the tall tee you’ve used for years, and every size says “alert me”.
A lot of Aussie printers and embroiderers have landed right there this month. AS Colour’s Tall Tee (the 5013) has gone to their outlet, and when we checked on 30 October it was sold out in every size from S to 2XL. Decorators tell us it’s been discontinued, and they need a new tall blank their tall customers will actually be happy in.
Clothing for tall blokes is all we’ve done since 2014. A tall tee isn’t a side line for us, so it isn’t going anywhere.
