We offer express services to all countries and post from Melbourne, Australia. All times quoted are approximates and expect some delays around busy holiday periods. Please note that we will not be held accountable for any import taxes/customs charges or delays that may be applicable to your particular country and it’s always best to check with your local authorities regarding purchasing products from overseas. We offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items listed on our website. Within 30 days of original invoice of purchase, if you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return for a full refund less shipping and handling. All returns must be in original packaging with barcode.
Wanting to exchange for a different size/colour/item? No problem! Customer will be responsible for returning the items to us in original packaging with barcode before replacements are sent out.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated. In all cases please contact us to obtain a returns reference number. We recommend that all items to be returned are sent by a recordable method with a proof of delivery as we cannot offer a refund for items we have not received.
