Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country and parcel size/weight.
We ship from Melbourne, Australia, with express options available worldwide. Delivery times are approximate and may vary, especially during busy holiday periods.

Customs & Import Taxes 📝
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delays that may occur in their country. We recommend checking with your local authorities before purchasing.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Returns & Exchanges 🔄

If something isn’t quite right, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund (excluding original shipping fees).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with
the barcode intact.
Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
If packaging is damaged beyond reuse, an $8 repackaging fee may apply.

Need a different size, colour or style? No problem.
Return the item in its original condition and we will ship your replacement once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative item or refund.
Return Shipping 📦
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Plus2 Clothing cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds and exchanges can only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
